Graduation Regulations Thesis Supervision, Presentation, and Evaluation
  • Publication Requirements Eligibility for thesis submission follows Article 25, Chapter 4 of the Graduate School Regulations and the College of Engineering guidelines.
  • Thesis Examination
    • Research Proposal Master’s and Doctoral students must submit a thesis research proposal after the third semester; integrated program students after the fifth semester.
    • Preliminary Examination Doctoral students must present research progress before at least three faculty members and pass the preliminary review prior to the final defense.
    • Final Thesis Submission & Defense Doctoral candidates must pass the preliminary review and undergo a final defense evaluated by a committee of five members, including three preliminary reviewers. Master’s candidates follow Graduate School regulations.
    • All theses must be written in English.
